According to popular Nigerian lawyer Femi Falana, the prominent preacher, Pastor Adeboye, is creating business centres rather than religious organisations.
He made this known during an interview with Sahara TV. During the conversation, he warned Nigerians about the dangers of religiosity over spirituality.
He mentioned that Pastor Adeboye had lately mentioned the possibility of opening more churches so that people may attend services without having to travel far. According to Femi Falana, this is about creating more business centres rather than religious institutions.
