Tosin Silverdam, a media figure, has questioned why men are typically held responsible for marital problems.
He asked this question in response to the public outcry 2Face faced after declaring his divorce from Annie Idibia.
Remember how the Young, Rich, and Famous reality program has been mocking Annie and 2Face? However, 2Face declared that he had initiated divorce proceedings and that they had been apart for some time.
The singer received a lot of public backlash for this announcement, and Tosin responded by complaining that men are always held responsible for problems in their marriages and relationships.
He said that Annie would have received a lot of support and applause from the public if she had announced her divorce from 2Face, and that the criticism of 2Face is hypocritical, especially from celebrities who support the cause like Toke Makinwa.
He wrote, “Why are they blaming the men? Toke Makinwa and others are already blaming 2Face for his marriage separation and announcement.
“What if it was Annie Idibia that announced it first, they would support her and give her kudos.
