In response to her husband’s plea to have children on their wedding anniversary, the wife filed for divorce.
A social media user disclosed this in a post that was shared on X (previously Twitter). The user clarified that her buddy is now going through a divorce from her husband since he stated that he wanted a child.
The woman had made it plain to her husband before they were married that she had no desire to have children.
When the wife asked her husband for a gift on their anniversary, he replied that he hoped she would reconsider having children.
The wife started the divorce process as a result of her request because she was unable to alter her decision
The post stated: “A girl I know is getting divorced because she made it very clear that she doesn’t want to have kids—to the extent that it’s in their marriage contract. It was their anniversary, and she asked him what he’d like (gift), and he said for her to change her mind about having kids.”
